Alvin Leung left JLL and joined LOFTER GROUP

Today was my first day at my new job as a senior management executive at a property development company in Hong Kong. After spending several years at JLL, one of the largest real estate companies in the world, I decided it was time for a change and a new challenge.

I have always been interested in the property development sector and was excited to join a company that has a reputation for creating innovative and sustainable developments. It was a tough decision to leave JLL, a company that I had grown to love, but I knew it was the right move for me.

My first day at the new job was a whirlwind of meetings and introductions. The company has a small but talented team of professionals, and I was impressed with their passion and dedication to the work they do. I could sense that they were excited to have a new team member who could bring a fresh perspective to their projects.

One of the things that struck me about the company is their focus on sustainable development. They believe in creating developments that not only benefit the community but also minimize their impact on the environment. This aligns with my own values and was one of the reasons why I was drawn to the company.

I spent most of the day learning about the current projects that the company is working on and getting to know the team better. I was pleased to see that they were open to my suggestions and ideas, and I am excited to collaborate with them to create projects that are innovative, sustainable, and beneficial for the community.

I am looking forward to the challenges and opportunities that this new role will bring. It's an exciting time for the property development industry in Hong Kong, and I am thrilled to be a part of it.
